software developers making apps for kids are under investigation for private issues. ftc wants to determine if companies ares!pb violating rigs by collecting personal information from the kids phones and sharing it with data workers. companies its investigating but examined 400 apps selected from online stores operated from apple and google. most apps failed to inform the parents about the data that could be found. >> apple making or apple mapping app coming under a safety warning for users in

overnight tonight, temperatures into 60s, upper 60s in spots. we'll see rain developing tomorrow night and into wednesday. snow is possible. above 3500 feet. will be cold, frosty thursday, and friday, mornings so we do have a sharp change in weatherry pattern coming our way. here is a satellite image. high pressure now, a cold front moving into our direction advancing from the gulf of alaska bringing cold rain. snow levels down to 3500 feet. we'll start at 8:00 tomorrow night. we'll see rain beginning to go down from the north bay and beyond by 11:00 tomorrow night, most of the bay area will be getting wet weather. into thursday morning, rainfall continues to sweep through meaning some wet spots for early morning commute wednesday. we'll have shower activity aroundwó8añ and by mid morning o late morning wednesday we'll

a little bit of style of his own this, time, he's doing a dougy. the cheer squad received tens of thousands of hits on you tube people say you can find just about anything at ikea. now, you can include a monkey. this little guy and was trapped in an ikea apparently owners went inside, he was left behind in a crate in the car. he escaped then entered the store. security cornered the monkey, they calmed nerves with bc.ejuy:hkeryy time. his owners fined $200. the monkey will now head to a sanctuary. he hopefully won't need a coat but he's a cute little fella. bay bridge toll plaza, you've got thousands of drivers passing through about to get a major makeover. we're live with an update on that this afternoon.

is this going to create another nightmare? >> well according to the tolling authority, no. because there will be lane closures none will be during the day. they will be only periodic. and only in the overnight hours. new bay bridge will be sleek, modern and all white. the new administration services buildings in oakland have that same look. now, it's the toll plaza turn. it will look like its surroundings shown in these renderings. the $6.5 million comes out of a pot of money separate from the new bridge. along with shiny white panels there will be new crash cushions, paving and
